Worksheet: Core Offering-Client Review

As with all sample worksheets I share, there comes a warning. This is a sample only! You should never develop a document such as this unless it serves a highly useful purpose for you and your enterprise. When I develop overviews for my clients such as the one you are sampling now, I always have a good reason for collecting the specific information (elements) during Discovery and a purpose for taking time to document it as part of the Strategic RoadMap process.  When establishing your version of the Core-Client Review, I suggest you use a spreadsheet in Excel as it is more flexible for this purpose than a table in Word.

Validity: In order to trust the validity of this Core Offering-Client Review you must be certain to document a high percentage of your both your revenues and your total number of clients. As always, we're not so much looking for that one big thing...we're are looking for the observable patterns. I promise you’ll gain a lot by performing this Discovery activity.
